Develop and maintain AI-powered agentic applications using Python/Node.js within established LLM orchestration frameworks.
Design, implement, and optimize multi-step agent workflows including RAG pipelines and integrations with enterprise systems via APIs.
Ensure agent behavior quality through testing, evaluation, and applying safety, access control, and audit mechanisms.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years professional software engineering experience with at least 1-2 years hands-on building LLM or agentic applications.
Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js and experience with LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
Experience integrating AI agents with external tools and enterprise SaaS apps via REST APIs or connector frameworks.
Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases; experience writing test and evaluation harnesses for LLM/agent behavior.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in building and operating complex multi-agent AI systems within established architectures enforcing security and audit controls.
Experience designing retrieval-augmented generation systems and multi-agent orchestration workflows in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated skills in debugging, evaluation framework implementation, and applying AI guardrails to ensure system safety and compliance.
