Lead implementation and assessment of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks, including ISO 22301 certification programs.
Manage Business Resiliency Planning activities such as Crisis Management, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery Planning, and Plan Testing across various organizational complexities.
Support and conduct audit activities related to BC/DR, develop policies and standards aligned with ISO 22301 and NIST, and assist in risk identification and mitigation related to business continuity.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or postgraduate degree; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Certifications such as ISO 22301 LI/LA, CRISC, CISA, CISM, MBCP, CBCP preferred but not mandatory.
Mandatory skills include Business Continuity Management (BCM); prior Big 4 experience is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience implementing and assessing BCM and DR programs in organizations of varying sizes and complexities with strong knowledge of ISO 22301 and related standards.
Ability to lead audit and assessment projects end-to-end, including stakeholder management and communication with senior management.
Proficiency in designing and executing BCP/DR test exercises with analytical capability to provide actionable recommendations and continuous process improvements.
