Lead design, configuration, and testing of SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, and S&OP.
Assess client supply chain planning maturity and develop future-state capabilities aligned to business goals.
Manage project workstreams, mentor junior consultants, facilitate workshops with clients, and support business development activities including proposals and value propositions.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 10+ years of overall consulting or industry experience.
Minimum 3-5 years hands-on SAP IBP configuration and implementation experience (multiple end-to-end implementations preferred).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience Required: 2+ years experience explicitly mentioned; SAP IBP hands-on experience is critical.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end SAP IBP implementations across multiple modules, with deep functional expertise in S&OP, demand sensing/forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning heuristics.
Ability to lead client workshops and manage workstreams independently with cross-functional teams and technical integration (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, non-SAP systems).
