Lead and supervise a team of security operations analysts specializing in operational technology (OT), managing detection, incident response, and escalation for IT and OT environments including battery energy storage sites.
Own and enhance security monitoring, detection, and incident response capabilities across corporate IT, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and OT environments using Microsoft Sentinel, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint, and OT monitoring tools.
Drive analyst development, process improvements, detection engineering, and maintain compliance with recognized OT security frameworks and organizational standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 6 years cybersecurity experience, with at least 4 years in security operations, incident response or threat detection roles and minimum 2 years supervising or mentoring analysts.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with industrial control systems or OT environments (e.g., battery energy storage, utilities).
Experience with SIEM (preferably Microsoft Sentinel & KQL), endpoint detection, network detection, identity protection, cloud security concepts (Azure, AWS, GCP), and familiarity with OT protocols and security standards such as IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82.

Experienced security operations leader with deep technical expertise in OT/ICS security and incident response across both IT and OT environments including complex energy storage systems.
Strong mentor and supervisor capable of coaching and developing analysts, managing a global or follow-the-sun security operations model, and working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
Skilled in detection engineering, automation (SOAR), vulnerability/risk management, and compliance with industrial security frameworks, with proven ability to balance safety, availability, and security operational demands.
