Manage a team responsible for completeness, quality, and end-to-end content flow of Scopus database.
Oversee operational performance of content ingestion, clustering, deduplication, and quality diagnostics ensuring targets are met and risks escalated.
Lead governance and act as senior escalation point for cross-team issues, driving process improvements and representing completeness priorities in governance forums.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in content operations, data/content quality, or scholarly publishing.
Strong understanding of bibliographic database completeness, content ingestion pipelines, metadata standards, and content-quality governance frameworks.
Proficiency with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
