Architect and deliver scalable, resilient APIs, microservices, and platform features supporting complex enterprise SaaS customers with focus on deployment velocity, reliability, and low latency.
Own and execute the technical roadmap for the engineering domain including scalable, cost-efficient platform solutions, system health, and technical debt management.
Lead production issue resolution in distributed SaaS environments, establish engineering quality standards, and mentor engineers while ensuring security and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
12 to 15 years of hands-on software and systems/platform engineering experience in modern distributed SaaS environments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Expert-level backend development skills in Java (Spring/Spring Boot) or Python and deep expertise in distributed systems architecture including microservices and RESTful APIs.
Proven track record of architectural ownership for large-scale platforms with strong cross-functional leadership experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior engineer with experience owning end-to-end architecture and product/platform technical strategy at scale.
Strong background building and maintaining high availability, low-latency systems with rapid deployment cycles.
Experienced collaborator able to influence cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Ops, Design) and articulate technical trade-offs to technical and executive stakeholders.
