About This Role
- Lead and develop a team of software and SAP application experts focused on Finance Area solutions.
- Drive workforce capability building including upskilling and succession planning aligned with Finance technology needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align resources and competencies with delivery priorities and business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, application expertise, or SAP supporting Finance capabilities.
- Experience in people leadership, coaching, mentoring, or formal staff responsibility.
- Experience in workforce planning, resource management, and succession planning.
- SAP Finance competence (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) is highly preferred but not strictly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a background in Finance-related technology areas, including software or SAP applications.
- Skilled in coaching and developing talent with a collaborative, people-first leadership style.
- Strong strategic orientation with proven stakeholder management and ability to align workforce capability to business goals.
