Minimum Requirements
10+ years overall work experience with at least 4+ years in banking or financial services domain.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent; postgraduate qualifications like MCA, MTech, M.Sc. acceptable, MBA desirable.
Expertise in Java technologies OR .NET technologies, middleware platforms, modern UI frameworks; experience with architecture frameworks and EA tools preferred.
Ability to develop architecture blueprints, transformation roadmaps, with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
