About This Role
- Design and govern enterprise application architectures, including developing HLDs, LLDs, architecture blueprints, and technical standards.
- Lead application design reviews ensuring alignment with technical standards, performance metrics, and scalability improvements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across Java or .NET application development initiatives and support AI-enabled transformation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years overall work experience with at least 4+ years in banking or financial services domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent; postgraduate qualifications like MCA, MTech, M.Sc. acceptable, MBA desirable.
- Expertise in Java technologies OR .NET technologies, middleware platforms, modern UI frameworks; experience with architecture frameworks and EA tools preferred.
- Ability to develop architecture blueprints, transformation roadmaps, with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced architect with deep understanding of banking or financial services application landscapes and government of enterprise-level application architectures.
- Proven leadership in managing architecture teams and collaborating with engineering, product, and business stakeholders for scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Skilled in applying architecture frameworks, AI-driven innovation, and mentoring teams on architecture best practices in a complex enterprise environment.
