Serve as the primary operational resource for employee mobility services within an assigned region (NAM, LATAM, EMEA, or APAC).
Manage mobile device provisioning, eSIM activation, carrier coordination, and mobile service requests including activations, upgrades, suspensions, and disconnects.
Ensure timely resolution of mobility-related issues, accurate inventory management, and compliance with service-level expectations.
Minimum Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience supporting mobile devices, telecommunications services, or end-user technology.
Experience with mobile phones, tablets, wireless carriers, and basic knowledge of eSIM technology.
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in relevant mobile or telecom support roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting enterprise mobile phone programs and working with carriers like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Orange, or Telefónica.
Strong operational focus on managing multiple service requests, inventory tracking, and process improvements in telecom or mobility service environments.
Comfortable providing end-user support including device setup, carrier issue troubleshooting, and VIP user white-glove service.
