Minimum Requirements
5+ years of backend development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Proficiency in Java backend development, including Java EE frameworks such as Spring MVC or Hibernate.
Experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable RESTful services using Java.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting and optimizing backend systems for large-scale, high-performance environments, preferably in payment processing.
Strong understanding of database design with SQL and NoSQL and use of ORM tools.
Comfortable mentoring peers and contributing to code reviews and design discussions in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
