Coordinate and oversee facility operations including vendor management and tenant coordination during assigned shifts.
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements by monitoring fire and life safety systems and supporting routine inspections and certifications.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to facility operations, complaints, inspections, and compliance activities.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in facility management covering commercial buildings, corporate offices, malls, hotels, or similar environments.
On-site role located in Gurugram with a 48-hour work week.
Proficiency in vendor management, occupant coordination, and knowledge of MEP/building services and safety compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling multiple vendors and coordinating facility operations in commercial or corporate real estate settings.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Capable of preparing accurate MIS reports and maintaining compliance documentation for audits and management reviews.
