Manage client cafeteria operations across multiple sites in coordination with the client and vendor partner.
Plan and review menus and food utilization focusing on nutritional standards, cost, and customer preferences.
Oversee food preparation quality, maintain inventory and records, coordinate equipment maintenance, and handle customer feedback and complaint resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Hotel Management degree or 3 years diploma in related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in F&B management or related domain.
Skills required: F&B service, corporate F&B, food safety knowledge, MS Office, and communication.
Work location is on-site in Coimbatore with a 6-day workweek and 48-hour scheduled weekly hours.
