Ensure accuracy and quality of data in Customer Services logistics systems supporting contracted customers.
Collaborate with Inventory Management and external partners to monitor, validate, and correct inventory data issues and exceptions.
Manage tasks including invoicing, aged in-transit report generation and clean-up, serial number status corrections, warranty swaps, and cycle count reports across APAC and EMEA regions.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree required.
1+ years experience preferably in inventory-related activities.
Experience with SAP is a clear advantage.
This role is onsite, primarily working from an HPE office; locations include APAC and EMEA regions.

Experienced in inventory data management with hands-on operational knowledge in accuracy and exception handling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, capable of root cause analysis and corrective action.
