Provide technical and business support for Citi's FX Derivatives & Risk applications, focusing on application stability, efficiency, and issue resolution.
Maintain and support production environment applications, including daily operational checks, risk reconciliations, and incident escalation.
Lead application enhancements, contingency planning, collaborate with developers and support teams, and act as liaison between users/traders and technology groups.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years experience in an Application Support role.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Technical skills including scripting languages (e.g., bash/Python), SQL, Unix/Windows OS knowledge, network troubleshooting, and data analytics using Excel.
Work Experience Required: 4-6 years in application support relevant to business applications, specifically financial domain preferred but FX options knowledge will be taught.
