Minimum Requirements
15–20 years experience in embedded systems or video platform engineering with strong architectural experience.
Proficiency in C/C++, Linux, multi-threading, IPC, memory management, GStreamer/media frameworks, video delivery technologies, and RDK-V components.
Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience/combination of coursework and experience considered.
Must have 10+ years of relevant work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader able to influence at org-wide scale and lead multi-vendor, multi-geography engineering teams.
Deep hands-on expertise with video technologies including RDK-V Thunder framework, playback pipeline, device HALs, and plugins.
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, microservices, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and video standards is a plus.
