Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture alignment across multiple engineering squads focused on Process Intelligence Engine (PIE).
Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and deliver Python-based microservices, AWS cloud-native solutions, LLM-integrated workflows, and front-end components using React and TypeScript.
Establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, manage resources, and ensure scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready software delivery outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
12 to 15 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in Python and AWS cloud-native development.
Management experience including mentoring, resource planning, and team guidance is mandatory for the Chapter Lead role.
Proven experience in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, React, TypeScript, microservices architecture, containerization with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and secure enterprise integration.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience accepted.

Experienced senior technical leader comfortable balancing hands-on coding, architecture design, and people management across multiple squads.
Strong background in cloud-native, AI-enabled platform delivery, especially integrating enterprise LLM technologies and event-driven microservices.
