Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to evolving design systems and reusable UX assets for scalable global Professional Services implementations.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of experience in UX, interaction, or UI design on enterprise, B2B, or workflow-heavy software products.
Proficiency with Figma and collaboration tools like Miro; familiarity with Photoshop and PowerPoint for design documentation and presentations.
Experience with design systems, design tokens, and responsive web application design for desktop and mobile.
Work Experience Required: 3-6 years; Bachelor’s or Master’s in related design field or equivalent practical experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Able to independently manage UX design tasks under mentorship, contributing actively in fast-paced Agile delivery environments.
Experience or strong interest in domain-heavy industries like insurance or financial services, familiar with complex, data-rich workflows.
