Manage and support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and multiple public cloud platforms ensuring performance, availability, security, and compliance.
Lead automation, AI-driven operational improvements, and continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Provide technical leadership and collaborate across global teams, driving cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
7-12 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Managed Services.
Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Mandatory skills: expertise in managing enterprise infrastructure on-prem and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, ELK or similar, security controls and patch management, DR and business continuity support, ITIL-based service management processes.
Experience in 24x7, Follow-the-Sun, or globally distributed operational support models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale infrastructure operations with strong focus on automation, process improvement, and service transformation delivering measurable business outcomes.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management within globally distributed teams operating in multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
Familiar with AI/GenAI applications in IT operations, and able to influence and drive change without direct authority across teams.
