Manage and directly supervise Pipeline Technical Directors (TDs) including personnel management, performance reviews, and promotions.
Act as the primary liaison for CG Supervision and show teams regarding pipeline support, scheduling, prioritization, and targets.
Develop scheduling, tasking, and communication systems for pipeline teams, resolving significant issues requiring complex evaluation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 8 years of production experience with strong knowledge of Visual Effects techniques and terminology.
Strong scheduling experience is mandatory.
Proficiency in Macs/PCs including Microsoft Word, Excel, knowledge of UNIX, and familiarity with Google Suite.
