Serve as primary contact for customer Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and regulatory inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions.
Manage inquiry tracking systems ensuring documentation, timely follow-ups, and resolution of high-priority requests including escalation for complex cases.
Analyze inquiry trends and collaborate with global teams to improve self-service resources and streamline regulatory compliance processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Industrial Hygiene, Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability, or related EH&S discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, EH&S, or related function.
Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, preferably with Silicone products in Home & Personal Care industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous. Relocation/visa sponsorship not available.
