Manage and lead a team of Statistical Programming staff including hiring, training, and supervision.
Serve as a lead statistical programmer on major projects, providing advanced technical expertise and consulting support internally and externally.
Develop, implement, and monitor standard procedures, performance measures, training programs, and resource allocation to meet multi-project deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 12 years relevant experience including 1 year leadership, OR Bachelor's Degree with 6 years relevant experience including 1 year leadership, OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Advanced knowledge of SAS and technical database skills required.
Knowledge of statistics and clinical drug development process required.
Work Experience Required: Leadership experience of at least 1 year in statistical programming or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and motivating statistical programming teams in a matrix service delivery environment with shared accountabilities.
Strong organizational, time management, and project finance skills including budgeting and forecasting.
Able to proactively identify risks and issues, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and drive business and financial results short and long term.
