Job Description

Prepare and manage financial statements under India GAAP and Company Law, including P&L, balance sheets, and group consolidations for JLL's India operations.
Manage internal and external audits such as internal audit, SOX audit, and group audit, serving as the primary liaison with auditors to ensure timely completion and resolution of findings.
Oversee compliance with India statutory requirements, tax regulations, US GAAP standards, maintain internal controls, review reconciliations, manage close activities, and identify process improvement opportunities including automation.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant qualification with 3-4 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting, and statutory compliance.
Deep knowledge of India GAAP; experience with US GAAP is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
Location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
