Lead end-to-end administration of incentive compensation (IC) programs ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across data intake, calculation, payout, reconciliation, and reporting.
Manage and develop teams in India and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders globally to maintain scalable, controlled IC operations and platform management.
Drive operational excellence through governance enforcement, automation initiatives, continuous improvement, and acting as senior IC operations subject matter expert.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree with 10+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation administration and operations.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or programs in IC or related operations.
Experience with sales force effectiveness, sales operations platforms (CRM, incentive compensation tools), preferably in biopharma or consulting.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
