Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in incentive compensation administration, sales operations, compensation operations, finance operations, analytics, or related field.
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for handling large datasets.
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in relevant field stated above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or exposure to field incentive compensation processes including eligibility, crediting, calculation validation, payment processing, reporting, or inquiry resolution.
Ability to interpret and apply documented business rules to data validation and administrative processes in deadline-driven environments.
