About This Role
- Own accurate and timely administration of field incentive compensation plans including data intake, validation, calculation review, and payment preparation.
- Manage multiple data sources to reconcile and validate incentive compensation information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with approved plan rules.
- Support field inquiries and disputes, maintain documentation and quality controls, and assist with plan updates, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in incentive compensation administration, sales operations, compensation operations, finance operations, analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for handling large datasets.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in relevant field stated above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or exposure to field incentive compensation processes including eligibility, crediting, calculation validation, payment processing, reporting, or inquiry resolution.
- Ability to interpret and apply documented business rules to data validation and administrative processes in deadline-driven environments.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting testing, automation, and compliance activities related to incentive compensation.
