Own end-to-end administration of field incentive compensation plans and compensation cycles, ensuring accurate, timely execution per plan rules and governance.
Analyze IC data, conduct plan health checks, resolve complex operational issues, and manage field inquiries and escalations independently.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new plan implementations, realignments, product launches, and platform enhancements while maintaining process controls and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years experience in incentive compensation administration, sales operations, compensation operations, finance operations, analytics, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Experience with incentive compensation administration platforms preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end incentive compensation processes including eligibility, crediting, calculation validation, payment processing, reporting, and reconciliation.
Comfortable working with large, complex datasets to identify root causes and implement data/process improvements.
Skilled in stakeholder management and capable of translating complex business rules into clear operational procedures and validations.
