About This Role
- Lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs focused on finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting (IFRS16), overhead cost accounting, intercompany accounting, and period-end closings.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend best practice SAP FICO solutions; prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and interfaces.
- Engage with finance leadership and business users to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, provide user training, and deliver project status updates and executive presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- SAP FICO certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum of 3+ end-to-end SAP FICO implementations as Senior Consultant.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex SAP FICO projects and engage confidently with finance leadership and business users.
- Experienced in integrating SAP Finance with other modules like MM, SD, Treasury, and Controlling.
- Capable of translating detailed finance requirements into functional specifications and driving solution delivery with technical teams.
