Lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs focused on finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting (IFRS16), overhead cost accounting, intercompany accounting, and period-end closings.
Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend best practice SAP FICO solutions; prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and interfaces.
Engage with finance leadership and business users to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, provide user training, and deliver project status updates and executive presentations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
SAP FICO certification preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles.
Work Experience Required: Minimum of 3+ end-to-end SAP FICO implementations as Senior Consultant.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to lead complex SAP FICO projects and engage confidently with finance leadership and business users.
Experienced in integrating SAP Finance with other modules like MM, SD, Treasury, and Controlling.
