Define, document, and validate business and functional requirements for payment solutions within the Temenos Transact core banking implementation.
Ensure payment processes, regulatory obligations, and operational requirements are translated into solution design and delivered successfully.
Support project delivery activities including testing phases like SIT and UAT, data migration, and deployment.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking payments transformation or core banking implementation projects.
Proven experience with Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) stand-alone implementation.
Strong understanding of payment business processes including Domestic, International, Cross-Border Payments, RTGS, ACH/Bulk Payments, Standing Orders, Direct Debits, and Payment Investigations.
Fluency in English at C1 Advanced level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex payment projects involving multiple payment types and messaging standards (SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022).
Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder management within banking payment transformation.
Capable of facilitating workshops and supporting end-to-end delivery including testing and deployment phases.
