Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for Customer and Core Banking domains in Temenos Transact implementation.
Document and validate business and functional requirements including customer onboarding, account servicing, party management, and core banking processes.
Support testing, data migration, business readiness, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in core banking transformation or Temenos implementation programs.
Strong understanding of Customer Information Files (CIF), Customer Lifecycle Management, KYC, Account Opening and Maintenance, and Core Banking Operations.
Proven skills in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, functional analysis, and documentation (BRDs, functional specs, process flows, user stories).
Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across product, payments, lending, accounting, integration, and technical teams for end-to-end solutions.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills suited to complex banking transformation environments.
Familiar with regulatory compliance and governance processes within banking technology projects.
