Own and deliver annual revenue targets and business growth across Cyber Strategy & Transformation offerings.
Lead client engagements including cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk & compliance, and enterprise transformation programs ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
Develop market presence, build executive client relationships, and scale practice capabilities through GTM initiatives, talent development, and practice building activities.
Minimum Requirements
9-12 years of experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Cyber Strategy & Transformation, GRC, or Information Security.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security or related field; Master’s preferred.
Mandatory CISSP certification; other certifications like CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI preferred.
Location requirement: Delhi.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record of managing strategic cybersecurity consulting engagements and driving business development in a consulting environment.
Experienced in executive stakeholder management with C-level clients (CISO, CIO, CRO) and trusted advisor roles.
Strong leadership skills with experience in practice building, talent development, and large-scale enterprise transformation delivery.
