Own daily reconciliation of investment portfolio data between external sources and internal web-based system ensuring accuracy and timeliness of portfolio status updates.
Meet daily deadlines for reviewing and updating reporting data.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues through problem-solving and stakeholder communication, including clients and data providers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance-related or analytical field.
Minimum 1 year of reconciliation, accounting, or finance experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, VBA) and Microsoft Office suite.
Basic understanding of investment, financial, and accounting concepts; finance or accounting experience preferred; knowledge of GAAP or IFRS advantageous.
