Analyze complex performance data to identify bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and improve user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and suggest improvements based on findings.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years specifically in performance testing and engineering.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B Tech/M Tech) or MCA in relevant fields like Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
Proficiency in major performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leveraging scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell) for test automation and data manipulation.
Comfortable working with system architecture, network protocols (HTTP/S), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and operating systems (Linux, Windows).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) is advantageous.
