Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B Tech) or related field; Master’s degrees (M Tech, MCA) also acceptable.
Proficiency with performance testing tools including LoadRunner, JMeter, and Dynatrace.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in scripting languages like Java, Python, JavaScript for test automation and data manipulation.
Familiar with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and cloud/containerization technologies (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) as a plus.
Ability to analyze complex data, debug effectively, and communicate technical insights clearly across teams.
