About This Role
- Analyze and categorize email-borne phishing and malicious campaigns to identify Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and update threat detection methods.
- Provide email security advice and remediation services to customers, reducing threat dwell time and preventing further incidents.
- Participate in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule including afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting continuous threat monitoring and response.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working with the Mimecast platform.
- Working knowledge of email traffic management and routing, including DNS, SMTP, SSL/TLS, POP3, IMAP, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and remote teams effectively.
- Flexibility for 24/7 rotational shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in email security threat analysis with practical skills in phishing campaign infrastructure and remediation techniques.
- Ability to translate complex technical security details into clear, management-friendly communications.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in cybersecurity workflows, enhancing threat detection and response processes.
