Analyze and categorize email-borne phishing and malicious campaigns to identify Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and update threat detection methods.
Provide email security advice and remediation services to customers, reducing threat dwell time and preventing further incidents.
Participate in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule including afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting continuous threat monitoring and response.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience working with the Mimecast platform.
Working knowledge of email traffic management and routing, including DNS, SMTP, SSL/TLS, POP3, IMAP, and TCP/IP protocols.
Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and remote teams effectively.
Flexibility for 24/7 rotational shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in email security threat analysis with practical skills in phishing campaign infrastructure and remediation techniques.
