Upgrade client Duck Creek Policy applications to latest base versions, analyze impact, debug and resolve post-upgrade issues.
Use Duck Creek upgrade and AI-driven tools to create low-impact upgrade paths and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with development, QA, client support teams and customer counterparts to triage issues, mentor team members, and manage upgrade schedules and risks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent strongly preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ industry experience in system development and implementation, with demonstrated proficiency in analysis, development, and triage.
Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy software including C#, .NET, SQL Server, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, Duck Creek debugging tools (Trace Monitor, TSV Monitor).
Experience in Duck Creek Policy upgrades/certifications and strong insurance domain knowledge, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep familiarity with Duck Creek Policy product and concepts such as Policy Transactions and Policy Forms, with hands-on development and troubleshooting expertise.
Ability to independently manage upgrade processes, identify automation opportunities, and effectively communicate technical issues to internal teams and clients.
Experience in integrating Duck Creek Policy with external systems and familiarity with software development lifecycle for P&C insurance software.
