About This Role
- Coordinate and support planning, delivery, and execution of training programs focused on service standards and guest experience.
- Manage training calendar in coordination with department heads to prioritize sessions.
- Track and report training participation, feedback, and performance metrics to measure impact on service quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in learning and development, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Language skills: Hindi, English, and basic local language competency.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in L&D, ideally with guest experience or service quality focus.

- Experience in luxury hospitality learning and development environments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement training solutions.
- Data-driven approach to monitor and improve training effectiveness based on performance and guest feedback metrics.
