Support sales growth by managing stock availability, replenishment, order flows, invoicing, returns, and stock movements for Cartier India’s boutiques and partners.
Act as primary operational contact ensuring responsive support within 48 hours, collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse, IT, and Headquarters to resolve issues and improve processes.
Monitor and optimize operational performance including order delivery, invoicing accuracy, stock rebalancing, and escalation of operational risks to maintain Cartier’s service and image.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
5-8 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or sales administration.
Strong working knowledge of SAP and experience with order-to-delivery and invoicing processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience supporting retail, luxury, consumer goods or multi-site commercial networks is advantageous but not mandatory.
