Own demand planning execution at Business Unit (BU) level including SKU, warehouse, and customer-level demand forecasting.
Manage day-to-day operational supply control of finished goods from plants and suppliers to distribution centers, ensuring inventory and material availability.
Lead demand validation in S&OP processes, collaborate cross-functionally with BU, Sales, and marketing, and provide reports on inventory, forecast accuracy, and supply-related metrics.
Minimum Requirements
B.E./B.Tech. degree mandatory; MBA in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant domain experience in demand and supply planning or inventory management.
Proficiency in SAP (MM & SD modules), SAP Add-ons, Excel, and digital tools.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years relevant domain experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in demand planning and supply chain management for power tools or related industrial products.
Strong operational focus with ability to manage supply control, inventory management, and exception handling.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, using ERP systems (SAP) for master data and reporting.
