About This Role
- Own demand planning execution at Business Unit (BU) level including SKU, warehouse, and customer-level demand forecasting.
- Manage day-to-day operational supply control of finished goods from plants and suppliers to distribution centers, ensuring inventory and material availability.
- Lead demand validation in S&OP processes, collaborate cross-functionally with BU, Sales, and marketing, and provide reports on inventory, forecast accuracy, and supply-related metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech. degree mandatory; MBA in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant domain experience in demand and supply planning or inventory management.
- Proficiency in SAP (MM & SD modules), SAP Add-ons, Excel, and digital tools.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years relevant domain experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in demand planning and supply chain management for power tools or related industrial products.
- Strong operational focus with ability to manage supply control, inventory management, and exception handling.
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, using ERP systems (SAP) for master data and reporting.
