Minimum Requirements
Minimum 15 years of formal education – Diploma/Graduate in Commerce, Arts, or Business Administration.
Professional work experience of 1-2 years.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of Mortgage and Accounting principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working with mortgage and title insurance domain concepts including value chain and related business applications.
Capable of handling simple to high complexity tasks and identifying process gaps or recommending improvements (e.g., Kaizens).
Able to quickly learn and adapt to various tools, processes, and controls within defined training schedules.
