About This Role
- Provide subject matter expertise in Pensions and Benefits, delivering operational and transactional services for Barclays employee benefit schemes.
- Lead and manage end-to-end Benefits and Rewards related projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, quality, and service levels.
- Develop, maintain, and improve Benefits operational procedures, manage risk and compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders across HR and external suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent professional qualifications/experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience in Benefits, governance, controls, and risk management is mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities/projects ensuring delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Location requirement: Role is based out of Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in pensions and employee benefits operations within complex organisations or HR operational environments.
- Experience managing stakeholders including senior leaders and external suppliers, with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to lead projects and operational change with focus on risk management, compliance, and customer service delivery.
