Provide subject matter expertise in Pensions and Benefits, delivering operational and transactional services for Barclays employee benefit schemes.
Lead and manage end-to-end Benefits and Rewards related projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, quality, and service levels.
Develop, maintain, and improve Benefits operational procedures, manage risk and compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders across HR and external suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
Degree qualified or equivalent professional qualifications/experience in lieu of degree.
Experience in Benefits, governance, controls, and risk management is mandatory.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities/projects ensuring delivery and customer satisfaction.
Location requirement: Role is based out of Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated expertise in pensions and employee benefits operations within complex organisations or HR operational environments.
Experience managing stakeholders including senior leaders and external suppliers, with strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to lead projects and operational change with focus on risk management, compliance, and customer service delivery.
