About This Role
- Manage and execute corporate action and proxy voting workflows for the India market ensuring timely, accurate processing and strong risk controls.
- Act as primary contact for stakeholders, resolving queries and escalating issues to protect deadlines and client service quality.
- Drive process and digital improvements to enhance efficiency, control environment, and service delivery in custody operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset servicing supporting the India market.
- Strong understanding of India market custody practices and regulatory requirements related to corporate actions and proxy voting.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for input validation and exception management.
