Coordinate and manage port calls including Full Agency and Husbandry services, ensuring compliance with relevant port, customs, health, and immigration procedures.
Attend and board vessels as required, ensuring safety and operational efficiency during all phases of the port call.
Manage vessel files, monitor expenses, approve supplier invoices, and ensure cost-effective vessel operations with real-time updates and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Graduation Degree in any stream.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ships agency operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work location: Navi Mumbai.

Experienced in coordinating maritime logistics and familiar with port and local authorities’ regulations and procedures.
Capable of proactive problem solving, making fast sound judgments, and working effectively under pressure.
