Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for large enterprise healthcare projects, ensuring scalability, security, and healthcare compliance.
Drive architectural decisions including Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, and automation while overseeing all phases of delivery from requirements to post-go-live support.
Provide technical governance, mentor multi-shore teams, manage architectural risks, and collaborate with program managers for scope, risk, and delivery management.
Minimum Requirements
7.5+ years total experience with leadership on Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud features (Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Teams, Health Timelines, etc.) and integration using REST/SOAP APIs, FHIR and HL7 standards.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, and DevOps/CI-CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions with payer/provider workflows and patient lifecycle knowledge.
Capable of leading agile/scaled agile delivery environments, managing multi-disciplinary and multi-shore teams, and governing technical standards and architectural decisions.
Strong in stakeholder management and acting as a trusted advisor for business and technical leadership on Health Cloud capabilities and roadmap planning.
