Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and delivery for large enterprise healthcare implementations.
Own technical strategy ensuring scalability, security, compliance (HIPAA/PHI) and govern architectural decisions including integrations and automation.
Lead and mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams, manage delivery lifecycle phases, and collaborate with program managers on scope, timelines, and risks.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5.5+ years total experience with Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, and DevOps/CI-CD tools (Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Strong knowledge of Health Cloud features (Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Assessments, Utilization Management) and healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
