Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Develop and program BMS supervisory and DDC controllers, prepare test plans, perform simulations, and deliver commissioning packages from India Engineering Center.
Configure BMS servers, workstations, graphics implementation, and documentation ensuring defect-free hardware and software delivery.
Manage and coordinate onsite testing, maintain KPIs, handle customer satisfaction by timely project completion, and lead site engineers and technicians in technical issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
3 to 6 years of experience in Building Automation Industry, BMS Design Engineering, or Industrial Automation.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and BMS architecture including operator workstations, controllers, sensors, actuators, and network protocols like BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC.
Proficiency in wiring starters, field devices, safety interlocks, panels, and experience in engineering, installing, and commissioning HVAC & BMS systems for infrastructure projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex BMS commissioning projects with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders like vendors, architects, clients, and contractors.
Strong technical background to lead a team onsite and resolve customer queries efficiently maintaining operational KPIs.
Familiarity with infrastructure projects such as pharmaceuticals, airports, commercial buildings, or hospitals, with advantage if Niagara certified.
