Lead end-to-end financial close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting deliverables ensuring accuracy, completeness, and control adherence.
Investigate and resolve high-risk reconciling differences with root cause analysis and drive sustainable solutions.
Support audit processes, SOX compliance, control documentation, and drive process improvements including automation within core accounting functions.
Minimum Requirements
Professional qualification preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA India), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Typically 4+ years post-qualification experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial analysis, or related finance operations.
Experience with SAP/S4HANA, Cadency, and working in SOX-controlled environments preferred.
Work Experience Required: Typically 4+ years post qualification.
