Own the end-to-end lifecycle of tender data including collection, validation, maintenance, and governance across assigned markets or therapeutic areas.
Deliver actionable insights on tender outcomes, pricing trends, and competitive positioning to support commercial and market access strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, pricing, and market access teams to support tender submissions, compliance monitoring, and process improvements including digitalization initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Advanced degree in Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or related field (e.g., PhD, MBA, Masters).
2–3 years of relevant professional experience in data management, business analysis, market access, or related functions; pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros), experience with databases/data management tools (e.g., SQL, Access), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Experienced in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry tender processes and public/government procurement environments.
Strong data stewardship and analytical skills with experience managing complex datasets and generating insights to inform commercial strategy.
