Own end-to-end completion and submission of RFP/RFI responses within deadlines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Business, Support Functions, and external design teams.
Lead key bid process calls (Go/No-Go, Kick-off, check-ins) and manage bid portals, workflow charts, and documentation version control.
Compile bid metrics and reports to identify efficiency improvements and maintain records of bids won/lost.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm with bid management/support experience.
Post-Graduate degree is mandatory.
Must be able to work onsite in Gurugram, Haryana or Hyderabad, Telangana.
Proficiency with MS Office suite, SharePoint, and ability to manage complex project timelines and multiple priorities.

Experienced in managing and coordinating bid responses involving multiple stakeholders across regions with strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Skilled in process mapping, document management, and quality control to ensure compliance and high-quality submissions under strict turnaround times.
