Lead the technical architecture and governance of ServiceNow data platform including CMDB Taxonomy, CSDM, Data Lake, and reporting infrastructure.
Partner across business and technical teams to align and drive technical roadmaps, designing data solutions including Cloud data representation and CMDB management.
Identify and implement automation and process improvements in ServiceNow workflows while ensuring compliance and data security.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, platform engineering or data management.
5+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow platform data architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Technical Architect (CTA), and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (e.g., Data Foundations, ITSM, HAM).
