Lead design, development, deployment, and operation of Java-based microservices supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms.
Drive architecture decisions, implement scalable secure REST APIs and event-driven services, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps practices.
Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and establish measurable outcomes for system availability, security compliance, and delivery quality.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of software engineering experience with substantial hands-on Java 17+/21 development.
Strong expertise with Spring Framework 6/7, Spring Boot 2.5/3.5, RESTful API design, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Experience in cloud-native microservices development, CI/CD implementation, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps integration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience; professional certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep experience building scalable, high-availability distributed identity and access management systems, ideally with enterprise IAM platforms like SailPoint.
Proven ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives across the software development lifecycle including architecture, delivery, and operational support.
Strong strategic thinking in distributed system design, security-focused development, and cloud-native engineering with an emphasis on measurable system performance and reliability outcomes.
