Lead Java development teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Drive architecture discussions, enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, and operational requirements.
Support CI/CD implementation, DevOps initiatives, production issue resolution, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet delivery objectives.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in Java development with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role.
Proficiency in Java 8, 11, and 17; Spring Boot and related frameworks; RESTful APIs and microservices; messaging technologies like Kafka and RabbitMQ; databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
Experience working with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading technical teams and capable of driving architecture and design decisions for enterprise Java applications in complex, production environments.
Strong background in cloud-native application development, microservices, event-driven architecture, and high-volume transaction systems, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.
Skilled in CI/CD, DevOps practices, security protocols, and optimizing application performance and scalability, suited for modernization and cloud migration projects.
